Greenwood starts 2010 with much fanfare, with their debut album « GREEN MONEY » set to hit the streets May 25th. The record will be launched at Chez Baptiste on Masson street in Montreal as well as in Sherbrooke, at Bar Le Magog.

The group also garnered raving reviews after their performance at Sherbrooklyn, where they set the stage aflame on the 9th of April. The press was unanimous (Voir Estrie, La tribune ainsi que Radio-Canada) about Greenwood’s brilliant future, which will no doubt reach out of Quebec and Canada to break in the whole world.

It’s already started, too: the blues outfit will be touring the USA and the UK, as well as Canada and are currently in the top 20 most popular contestants on Crossroads, Eric Clapton’s guitar fest. You can vote online to encourage them, and if you value their work, we encourage you to do so.

Their first radio single, « DO WHAT YOU WANNA DO », featuring the great Kim Richardson, has just been launched to Canadian and American radios, so you might hear from them pretty soon. As such, you might as well try to be ahead of the tidal wave and attend their show over at Waterloo, on April 23rd, which will be taped for promotional purposes.
