Ancien étudiant en cinéma, Dominic avec un C troque la caméra pour la guitare et s’efforce depuis les dernières années à fabriquer des images avec sa voix. Il oscille entre l’électrique et l’acoustique, surprend par des enchaînements mélodiques inusités.

Jeune artiste révéré et encensé avant même sa sortie dans la francophonie, Dominic avec un C est déjà titulaire de 2 bourses (CALQ et Musicaction) en 2009 et à l’intérêt d’un réalisateur de haut niveau sur le marché québécois, suite à sa performance au festival-concours de Petite-Vallée. La production de son EP est au calendrier et sa sortie est prévue début 2010.

Les musiciens qui l’accompagnent ont tous des parcours différents : que ce soit jazz, rock ou classique, le passé de chacun de ses acolytes s’apparie parfaitement aux influences multiples du jeune auteur-compositeur-interprète.

Vous serez nostalgiques, vous voyagerez, vous revivrez vos premiers amours, vous sourirez, mais surtout vous taperez du pied et siffloterez les airs des chansons de Dominic avec un C sur le chemin du retour à la maison.

BIOGRAPHIE

Promising young talent, Dominic avec un C proposes a universe that unites a couple great things in a single one: Undeniable vocal talent, texts like very few artist can write, and music like very few artists make it.

One of the primed participants at the 2008 edition of Festival concours Petite Vallée, Dominic is currently hard at work. The young artist first developped a show, and is currently completing the recording of his first EP, which astounds people by the quality of the arrangements, the musicians, and the sheer music of the artist. All of which making him an even more serious candidate for ‘artist you’ll love seeing onstage’ in 2010.
